Shipping policy

The Tierra's Diamond Kollection is the fastest shipping Virgin Hair Company in America. We ship items the same day you order as long as you order before 4pm. Any orders that are process after 4pm will ship the next day.

 Shipping Domestic 

  • All orders processed before 4pm Est will ship same day. Which means the customer can receive the hair next day. (Most Customers)
  • All orders processed after 4pm Est will ship next day.
  • All orders will only ship during business days. This does not include weekends.
  • Express Shipping is 1-2 Business days
  • Standard Shipping is 2-4 Business Days
  • Weekend orders will be processed next business day. This means any orders processed after 4pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday. 
  • Custom Wigs take  4-6 business days some wigs take up 7-10 business days depending on the length and density of the wigs. These wigs are being constructed and made to order. 
  • Please note if you are not home to receive your hair please contact USPS to pick up your package or to reschedule a delivery.
