SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Tierra's Diamond Kollection is the fastest shipping Virgin Hair Company in America. We can ship items the same day you order as long as you order before 4pm and item is in stock. Any orders that are process after 4pm will ship the next day.

 Shipping Domestic 

  • All orders processed before 4pm Est will ship same day. Which means the customer can receive the hair within next 2 days. (Most Customers)
  • All orders processed after 4pm Est will ship next day.
  • All orders will only ship during business days. This does not include weekends.
  • Express Shipping is 1-2 Business days
  • Standard Shipping is 2-4 Business Days
  • Weekend orders will be processed next business day. This means any orders processed after 4pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday/Tuesday. 

International Shipping 

  • Takes 7-10 business days depending on where the country is located.
  • Express International Shipping is 5-7 business days
  • Please note if there are custom duties or tariffs charged by your country we are not responsible for paying them.
